Purpose of the personal data processing

RedLocker collects and processes your personal data in order to fulfill our agreements, as well as administer these. RedLocker must, among other things, be able to inform about changes in deliveries or provide other important information that is needed for us to be able to fulfill our commitments to you as a customer. How long is the data retained??

We retain your personal data for a maximum of one year after the end of the customer relationship. If you wish to be removed before that, please contact us.

Register extracts and corrections

As a registered physical person, you have, among other things, the right to access the personal data RedLocker processes about you. You also have the right to have any incorrect, incomplete or misleading personal data corrected by RedLocker. Please note that this only applies to factually or legally incorrect information. You, as a registered physical person, also have the right under certain conditions to have all your personal data completely deleted by RedLocker. We reserve the right to change our privacy policy if necessary.
